Pakistan Gets Its First Electric Vehicle Charging Station

 KARACHI: In Pakistan The first fast-charging machine for electric vehicles has been installed, One of Pakistani News Channel ARY News reported this news on Tuesday.

According to details from different authentic resources, that the first fast electric charging machine for electric vehicles has been installed in the country od Pakistan, with the help of this Machine electric vehicles will be charged for 15 to 20 minutes. 

CEO LIBRA Charging Hub Mr. Abdul Haseeb Khan said that the small electric vehicles like(cars etc) would be charged at Rs2,000 while large vehicles like (trucks etc) would be charged Rs 4,000. He said due to the increasing prices of fuel, like other countries of the world, in Pakistan electric technology is being promoted in vehicles too.

Speaking on the occasion, Siemens CEO MR. Markus Strohmeier said that these electric cars were new to the country of Pakistan, the inauguration here today is a very big step, now people can get their electric vehicles charged by spending 2 to 3 hours at the charging station.

On this occasion, Administrator Karachi Murtaza Wahab also share his views and said that electric vehicles are suitable for those who are worried about increasing prices of fuel and inflation. Further he said that it is also an environmentally friendly process.
