“There were, like, 5 people who kept me going for twenty years with these little jobs. Ryan Murphy, you were one of ‘em,” she said, saluting the uber-producer, who was also honored Tuesday night. “I had such big dreams and expectations as a younger person. But what happened was that they get sort of fizzled by life or whatever.”
She also pinpointed “The White Lotus” creator Mike White, who [SPOILER ALERT] gave her character as, Tanya, an inglorious death at the end of Season 2. “You’ve given me new hopes. However, this is the end – because you did kill me off — but it doesn’t matter because even if this is the end, you sort of changed my life in a million different kind of ways.”
She then joked, All because of White her neighbors were finally speaking to her and she was getting invited to parties more.
“He really is one of the greatest people I’ve ever met. He gives me so much excitement.
